Monster Burger was created by American Chef Shawn Lindenmuth, who has worked in the culinary world for over 25 years. He has worked on creating the perfect burger by blending together 3 different cuts of NZ grass fed beef. The beef blend is custom grinded for Monster Burger using our exact ratios. We then hand form our patties to 200g and cook to perfection to ensure a juicy burger that is full of flavor. The chef has a gourmet burger of the WEEK that he whips up with his fresh ingredients and sauces, but prefers if the customer makes their own creation. We provide you with a delicious patty and a grilled or fresh bun (sesame or plain) and you can choose from 4 different cheeses, 12 different toppings and 8 sauces. This way you can truly customize your burger. We also make hand cut fries using fresh Agria potatoes and twice fry them in our sunflower seed oil blend, for fries that are crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle.
